當地時間2012年2月13日，在俄羅斯莫斯科，烏克蘭女權組織FEMEN的幾名成員來到天然氣壟斷巨頭俄羅斯天然氣工業公司總部，在雪地赤身抗議。
烏克蘭每年要從俄羅斯進口至少200多億立方米的天然氣，這佔到烏克蘭天然氣需求量的30%。近幾年，俄羅斯與烏克蘭時常因天然氣價格問題起外交爭端。
