A FEMEN press release said on Monday the Ukrainian feminists laid siege to the ground floor of the ministerial building, hanging a banner that read “Rape Club” over its entrance.
“The FEMEN movement accuses the French Justice Ministry of complicity in a gang rape of minors,” the statement said, referring to a rape case of several teen girls aged 15 and 16, which lasted for over 13 years and ended in the release of all pedophile suspects.
Therefore, FEMEN demanded that the French Justice Ministry prosecuted the criminals or else, it vowed, the activists would persecute and castrate the rapists on their own.
The statement concluded with the feminists’ remark that “Paris is not a capital of love but a capital of rape.”
