As explained by the movement’s leader Alexander Shevchenko: “it is necessary for me to realize that you’re ready to strip. I don't want to realise the moment during the campaigns when we go out together somewhere that you suddenly are not mentally prepared for this.“

After the briefing, how to behave in front of TV and cameras, a journalist was sent to the first task – to participate in a rally near the Islamic Center in Paris.

Financial cost of a trip to France accounting for almost one thousand euros per day for every activist FEMEN, ITAR-TASS reported with reference to the Ukrainian TV channel “1 +1″.

For the office in the centre of Kyiv FEMEN pays about 20 thousand hryvnia per month (2.5 thousand dollars). The salary of each activist is not less than one thousand dollars a month.

Who funds share of FEMEN expenses is just not clear. Most often seen in the company of feminists is alleged former owner of the media holding KP Media American Jed Sunden, German millionaire Helmut Geyer and businesswoman from Germany Beate Schober.
