Four FEMEN activists have undressed at the Indian embassy in Kyiv in protest against the country’s plan to block young Ukrainian, Russian and Kazakh women from entering India as part of a national anti-prostitution campaign. KYIV -- A Ukrainian women activist group has staged a protest action in front of the residence of India's Ambassador to Ukraine in Kyiv, RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service reports. Four topless Femen members were knocking on the doors of the Ambassador's residence shouting "Ukraine is not a brothel!" Police detained all four. The demonstration came in response to reports in Indian media that Indian consular sections in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan had tightened visa application screening for women aged 15-40, to prevent the travel of sex workers to India. >>>
