Prohíbe entre otras cosas, “el escalamiento de edificios o monumentos sin autorización cuando exista un riesgo cierto de que se ocasionen daños a las personas o a los bienes”. 01 luglio 2015Un gruppo di femministe ha fatto irruzione a seno nudo nella fontana di Cibeles, nel centro di Madrid, proprio di fronte al municipio della capitale spagnola. Una protesta pacifica contro la "legge bavaglio", che introduce, dal primo luglio, controlli più severi sulle manifestazioni, con multe che possono arrivare a 600 mila euro per le proteste non autorizzate. Sul corpo delle femministe c'era scritto: "Mi nombre es democracia" e  "No ley mordaza", in riferimento alla contestata legge sulla sicurezza pubblica, voluta dal governo Rajoy e approvata dal parlamento spagnolo >>>
