Lederen for den kvinnelige bevegelsen FEMEN France Inna Sjevtsjenko kledde seg naken til beltestedet på lufta i den arabiske TV-kanalen Al Jazeera som protest mot «middelalderske fordommer».

Under aftenprogrammet The Stream der problemet av vekselforhold mellom feminisme og islam diskutertes, tok Sjevtsjenko av seg T-skjorte som svar på programlederens spørsmål: «Hva er bedre for kvinner: nakenhet eller jasmak?». Programlederen erklærte at dette synet var uantakelig for TV-kanalen Al Jazeera.
