Alcune esponenti del gruppo femminista ucraino Femen si sono barricate all’interno della torre campanaria della Cattedrale di Santa Sofia a Kyiv per protestare contro una proposta di legge appoggiata dalla Chiesa che renderebbe illegale l’aborto. Le donne hanno scalato la torre e una volta in cima si sono spogliate rimanendo a seno scoperto. Activists from the Ukrainian feminist group Femen brought their barebreasted protest movement back to Kyiv by occupying the Bell Tower of the St. Sophia Cathedral in order to denounce a draft law banning abortion.
