C’est ce qu’on appelle faire le buzz. Sur Twitter, Inna Shevchenko, la fondatrice des Femen, s’en est violemment prise à la religion musulmane et au Ramadan. Ce qui a eu le don de provoquer la colère des internautes musulmans. Sur son compte tweeter datant du 9 juillet, on pouvait lire : « Qu’est-ce qui peut être plus stupide que le Ramadan ? Qu’est-ce qui est plus moche que cette religion ? » Selon les Femen, ce tweet n’est pas une attaque contre les musulmans. Un musulman est pourtant un adepte de l’islam. Avete presente il movimento femminista nato in Ucraina, quello composto da ragazze che a seno nudo appaiono e scompaiono in ogni posto al mondo, dal Vaticano agli incontri con i grandi leader mondiali? Femen staat bekend om haar opzienbarende topless protestacties. De Oekraïense Sjevtsjenko woont tegenwoordig in Frankrijk. Ook Marianne wordt overigens niet zelden met ontblote borst of borsten voorgesteld.

Niet iedereen is van de nieuwe zegel gediend. De kleine, conservatieve Christendemocratische Partij heeft opgeroepen tot een boycot van het frankeermiddel.
